What We Make

Canvas Me Crazy creates custom portraits from the photos you upload and delivers them as printed canvases or digital files. Because every portrait is made to order specifically for you, some rules below are different from those for ordinary off-the-shelf products.

Orders and Payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund your payment in full.
• We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that violate these Terms. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Your Photos

When you upload a photo, you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have permission to use it.
• You have permission from every person shown in the photo, or are the parent or legal guardian of any minor shown.
• The photo does not violate anyone else's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

You give us a limited permission to use your photos only to create, review, and deliver your order and to provide customer support. We will not use your photos or your finished portrait in our marketing without your permission. We keep your photos only as long as needed for these purposes; see our Privacy Policy for details.

We may decline any photo or request that we believe is unlawful, hateful, explicit, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

Previews, Revisions, and Approval

• After you order, we will email a preview of your portrait, typically within 1–3 business days.
• You may request unlimited revisions until you are happy with your portrait.
• We will not print your canvas until you approve the final preview. Once you approve it, your canvas goes into production and further changes are no longer possible.
• Rush Proof: if you purchase Rush Proof, we will send your preview within 24 hours. Rush Proof speeds up your preview only; it does not change printing or shipping times. If we miss the 24-hour window, we will refund the Rush Proof fee.

Product Appearance

Each portrait is a custom creation, and the final result will reflect your photo and the style of the design you chose. Colors on a printed canvas may look slightly different from how they appear on your screen, since every screen displays color differently. Canvas sizes may vary slightly, within about 1/8 inch (3 mm).

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times shown on our website are estimates that begin after you approve your preview, and they are not guaranteed. Returns and Refunds

Our return, refund, replacement, and satisfaction guarantee terms are described on our Returns & Refunds page, which is part of these Terms.

Digital Downloads

Digital files are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print and share your portrait for personal purposes, but you may not sell, license, or otherwise use it commercially.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our designs, artwork, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Canvas Me Crazy or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Your finished portrait is for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs or website content without our written permission.

Use of Our Website

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, upload harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the website's operation. Our website uses cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

SMS Marketing

By consenting to Canvas Me Crazy SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link provided in any of our messages. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We reserve the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You agree that any messages you send to a changed number, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and on our Returns & Refunds page, our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canvas Me Crazy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

By using or purchasing Canvas Me Crazy products or services, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Canvas Me Crazy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your access to or use of our website or services, or any alleged violation of any applicable law shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules.

Arbitration is a form of dispute resolution in which parties submit their disputes to a neutral third party (an arbitrator) for a binding decision, rather than having such disputes decided in court by a judge or jury. The arbitrator shall issue a reasoned written award. Each party's attorneys' fees and other costs incurred in connection with arbitration will be borne by the party incurring them.

Arbitration Procedures

Claims shall be heard by a single arbitrator. Arbitrations shall be held in Tampa, Florida, USA, though parties may choose to appear in person, by phone, or through submission of documents. The arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and by the internal laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Exclusion from Arbitration

You may choose to pursue a claim in court rather than arbitration if you opt out within 30 days of your first purchase. To opt out, mail a written notification including your name, address, and a clear statement that you do not wish to resolve disputes through arbitration to:

Your decision to opt out will have no adverse effect on your relationship with Canvas Me Crazy.

Class Action Waiver

You and Canvas Me Crazy agree that claims may only be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
