Our artists spend hours drawing each portrait - so it is impossible to provide a preview before ordering. Once you complete your purchase we will send your artwork for preview in 1-2 business days. You can ask for unlimited revisions until you absolutely love how it looks.

Almost anything! We can change your hair length, color, remove glasses, add makeup, etc. - check out our photo guide for the full list. Available for any skin color or tone. We match the person's skin color to the chosen portrait.

Your satisfaction is our top priority & we will do everything to ensure that you love your portrait. If the painting is lost by the courier, we will send you a new canvas at no charge. If your painting arrives damaged, contact our support team and we will print & ship a new canvas free of charge. If you are not happy after viewing the preview, you can ask for unlimited modifications free of charge. Should you still not be satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund.
