We offer four canvas sizes, all printed on high-quality gallery-standard material with a 0.75" depth frame:

We also offer a Digital Only option — receive a high-resolution digital file of your portrait, perfect for sharing or printing yourself.
Shipping Information
Once you approve your portrait preview, your canvas is printed and shipped from our US facility. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after approval.

Yes! We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Once you have it, your portrait should arrive within a few days.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 14 days of placing your order, please contact us.
In most cases, yes — they'll arrive in the same parcel. Occasionally we may finish one portrait a day or two before the others, in which case we'll ship the completed canvas separately so you're not waiting longer than necessary.

Nothing to worry about — tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to activate after being issued. If it's still not working after that, contact us and we'll update you on your order status right away.
Yes, of course! Please contact us with your correct address and we'll arrange a reship.
Please note: if the return was due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we may not be able to cover the reshipping cost. If the error was on our end, we'll cover it entirely.
Your canvas is carefully wrapped in protective plastic to keep out moisture, then secured in the center of a sturdy box to prevent scuffs or scratches during transit.
In the unlikely event your portrait arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Here's what we guarantee:
Lost Canvas Guarantee — If your canvas is lost in transit, we'll send you a replacement at absolutely no charge. Contact us 5–25 days after the expected delivery date.
Damaged Canvas — If your canvas arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days and we'll print and ship a new one free of charge.
Unlimited Revisions — Not happy with your preview? We'll revise it as many times as needed until you love it.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee — If after receiving your canvas you're still not satisfied, return it in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
Yes — as long as your cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, cancellations are accepted at our discretion. A 20% cancellation fee may apply since work will have already begun on your portrait. Orders that have already been printed cannot be cancelled.
Please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement as quickly as we can — no hassle, no extra cost to you.
Digital download files cannot be refunded once they have been delivered to you, regardless of whether you return the physical canvas.
The Rush Order: Preview in 24 Hours service is non-refundable once the service has been provided — i.e., once your preview has been delivered within the 24-hour window.
Orders older than 12 months are non-refundable and cannot be continued. Due to system limitations, we're unable to access or resume work on orders placed more than a year ago. If it has been over 12 months, a new order will need to be placed.
