Lost Canvas Guarantee

If your canvas is lost by the courier, we will send you a replacement at absolutely no charge. Please contact us 5–25 days after your expected delivery date for assistance.

Canvas Arrives Damaged

If your canvas arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it. We will print and ship a replacement free of charge. Please note that we may not be able to reprint after the 30-day window has passed.

Portrait Modifications

If you are not happy after viewing your portrait preview, you can request revisions — we offer unlimited modifications free of charge. Should you decide after several modifications that you are still not happy with the result, please contact our support team and we will work with you to find the best solution.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you have received your canvas and are not satisfied, you may return it in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please contact us first for a return address. Orders older than 12 months are non-refundable and cannot be continued — due to system limitations, we are unable to access or resume work on orders placed more than a year ago. If it has been over 12 months, a new order will need to be placed.

Digital Download Refund Policy

Digital download files cannot be refunded once they have been delivered to you, regardless of whether a physical canvas is also returned.

Rush Order Service

The Rush Order service fee is non-refundable once your portrait has been moved to the front of our queue and work has begun.
